Katie Holmes is officially free of Scientology Overlord, Tom Cruise, but that doesn't mean she can't continue to enjoy the spoils of her ex-husband's long career. According to DListed, Katie got to keep all the jewelry Tom gave her during their 5 year marriage. Not to mention, the 33K a month of child support for Suri. I'm not sure if this is common in Hollywood divorces, but that seems like a sweet deal to me. If things start to get rough for Katie (with the economy and all *sarcasm*) she can pawn a few of those items and be set for life. Oh excuse me...rich people don't pawn things, they auction them off at Christie's or Sotheby's. She says that she'll keep them for Suri when she grows up, but we already know Suri probably already has a diamond mine on reserve. The former golden child of Scientology does not simply wear....hand me downs....
