Ok, so Lindsay and her assistant had been spending a lot of time at the home of Sam Magid. She also stayed the night at a party he thew. Next thing this guy knows, he's short about $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses.
The twist? The victim, Sam, all of a sudden recants his statement and says that nothing was stolen at all....uhhhhhh....what? Now, it's up to the LAPD to book Little Miss I Was Just Borrowing It, and they allegedly have some eye witnesses in their back pocket.
Lindsay is already on probation for the Venice jewelry store theft case, so if she is charged with this one as well, she'll be in violation of her probation.
Lindsay please just stay home forever.
