Bill Rancic and his wife,  E! News Host Giuliana Rancic, welcomed a 7 lb 4 oz baby boy late Wednesday evening. Edward Duke Rancic, born by way of  surrogate after a long stretch of trials the happy couple have been through, is nothing short of the bundle of joy they needed. We wish you guys the best!
